Eco-Op Green Builders is a family run company focused on earth friendly solutions for building.

Drew Bailey has been a carpenter since 1985. He owned and operated a remodeling business in Pennsylvania where he was born and raised. He moved to Colorado in 2000 to aquire a degree in Environmental Science, Policy from CU. There he learned sustainable building concepts from the school of architecture and engineering where he competed with the winning Solar Decathlon Team. After graduating with honors from CU, Drew started Eco-Op Green Builders, LLP as one of the premier green design-build companies on the Front Range of Colorado. Passionately pursuing green solutions for our built environment ever since!

Micha Mitchell has worked in the computer industry since 1990 where she rode the dot-com wave from Silicon Valley California all the way here to Boulder, Colorado. Micha has combined the business experience obtained in her career and combined it with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado and a dedication to a healthy environment . Together with Drew, she helped create Eco-Op Green Builders LLP, and has worked her business and design magic here ever since.

Together we enjoy the experience that is Colorado with summers full of camping, hiking, and many miles on bicyle and winters enjoying great snowboarding. We try to do our part by supporting local farmers and businesses and living a conscientious lifestyle.
